I think it is disturbing that Miley's dress has more fabric than Heidi's. I don't care how hot your body is, at some point you need to consider your age when dressing. Less cleavage and a little more fabric on the hemline would have made the much hotter. I don't know why she is trying to cling to skanky dresses that are more fitting of a teenager/20-something than of a 35+ yr old mother of four.
